Rajesh is guiding the company’s business strategy, growth and DTC’s mission to build Digital Products and Services for global enterprises.

Prior to joining the company, Rajesh co-founded SourceEdge in 2004 which was merged with Zinios in 2019 and rebranded as ZiniosEdge. He lead ZiniosEdge until March’22 and helped the company to grow to work with leading enterprises and to expand service lines.

With his entrepreneurial instinct, he is inspired by exploration and puts ideas to solve human challenges and business problems. He encourages talents to unleash their full potential and be the Change for a better tomorrow.

He is a sitting executive council (EC) member of Indo Japan Chamber of Commerce Karnataka (#IJCCIK) and also the Regional Chairman (South) and a Member of the Executive Committee (EC) of the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC). #ESC is India’s apex trade promotion organization mandated to promote India’s exports of Electronics, Telecom, Computer Software and Enabled Services.

Meet Shrikant, the Co-founder and Chief Business Officer of DTC Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Shrikant has 25+ years of work experience in Marketing, Start-up Operations, HR Consulting & Staffing. Shrikant co-founded Tanima Technologies, which merged with DTC Infotech in 2022. At DTC, Shrikant is responsible for Marketing and Operations.

Before Tanima / DTC, Shrikant co-founded multiple start-ups – Brio Telecom ( Product development services), Tekworks Infosolutions (Mobile Application Development) & Resource Link (Staffing & Corporate Training). In these start-ups, he was involved in building a business from concept, setup multiple development centres, Customer engagement worldwide, Program/Product Management, HR, Recruitment & Overall Operations.

Meet Vishaka Baid, the Co-founder & Business Director of DTC Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Having completed her MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the UK, she wanted to give back to her homeland Bengaluru, which made her start her venture as an Entrepreneur in the world of Information Technology.

Management Strategy, Operations, Relationship Management, and Leadership are the four pillars that hold her career success high and sturdy. Effective, Fastidious, and Simple are a few adjectives that go along with her work, which completely resonates with her life mantra, “Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication.”
Women Empowerment is a subject of interest to Vishaka, which gave birth to DTC Bevy – a summit that focuses on various topics and programs on women’s upskilling, networking, and collaboration. She’s also associated with other Women’s Groups that support and empower women, which helps build a stronger ecosystem.

Meet Anand, the head of Digital Innovation of DTC Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Anand Chalatt is Vice President – Digital Innovation at DTC Infotech and leads the engineering, technology, and solution delivery, product engineering, and innovation at DTC Infotech. He provides overall directions to our product innovations and development functions and oversees all implementations, QA, and service delivery. He has held key technical roles at start-ups and multinational organizations and deeply understands the Digital Transformation industry.

Anand is a hands-on techie with more than 20 years of technical and leadership experience in Software Development (Cloud Native, Web, and Mobile), Enterprise and Cloud Solution Architecture, Offshore development management, Large scale deliveries, PoCs, and building highly efficient and high performant engineering teams. He has notable technical expertise in architecting and building highly available, secure, elastically scalable, large data volume and high-performance enterprise applications and re-engineering legacy and monolithic applications to Microservices. His experience spans equally across the world’s best Product development organizations, Service-based organizations, and Startups.

Meet Shantharam, the head of Creative Engineering of DTC Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Having 23+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and UX/UI design with professional experience in web, desktop, and mobile platforms. With the experience that he carries, he understands businesses and user needs.

He gives his team a space to brainstorm, conceptualize, and then prototype to execute with user-centred design & usability principles on focus. It allows him to interact with many new people driving various technical programs at DTC. All of his expertise in this field can contribute to the personal and professional growth of the team members, running day-to-day operations, and managing work with vendors and partners.

Janakiraman Srinivasan is currently the Chairman of Nuvepro Technologies, a startup in Cloud Technologies and also President of Indo Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (IJCCI) – Karnataka.

Prior to above, Janakiraman was the President & CTO of Mindtree Ltd, and was one of the Co-Founder and Board Member too. He served Mindtree from 1999 to 2014.

Prior to Mindtree, Janakiraman served as the Chief Executive of Global R&D Unit of Wipro where he started his career as one among first five employees in 1980.

Janakiraman was one of the Co-Founder of India Semiconductor Association (ISA) in 2002 and served for six years in its executive council, and later as its Chairman and Advisor too.

Janakiraman did his BE at Regional Engineering College – Trichi (1973-78) and MTech from IIT-Chennai (1978-80). He is a Distinguished Alumni of REC for his Entrepreneurial Excellence.

Janakiraman has served the board of Yokogawa India Ltd till March 2019 for four years. Currently a Board Member in startups Nuvepro Technologies, Innohub Technologies, Sanohub Technologies and Netra Accelerator Foundation. He is actively involved in promoting startups and entrepreneurial environment in Karnataka.

Bala (as he is known), is a well-travelled international executive in the Global Information Technology Solutions, Services and Outsourcing industry. Bala is having over 40 years of global experience across India, Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, United Kingdom and United States of America. He has held several senior executive roles in discharging his duties across projects, large & complex system integration programs, sales & business development, and country operations. His last role prior to retirement was Vice President & Chief Risk & Compliance Officer with M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCSL) based out of Bengaluru. He has been an external faculty at SJRCL for the PG Diploma course in Cyber Law during the academic year 2018-19 and has delivered many guest lectures at National Law School of India University in Bengaluru..

Apart from BE (Mechanical-Univ. of Mysore) & MTech (IITM), over the last decade he has gained additional knowledge in law by completing LLB(KSLU), MBL, PGD-Cyber Laws & Cyber Forensics, PGD-IPR-Laws, PGD-ENV-Laws from NLSIU, Bengaluru, Upskill Diploma in Advanced Corporate Law from EBC Learning & CII, and LLM from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA, specialising in Technology, IPR, Data Privacy & Entertainment Laws. He is currently a practicing advocate in Bengaluru with M/S. Sundaraswamy & Ramadas Advocates.

Dr. Nagaraj is a visionary, a serial entrepreneur, an advisor and a mentor to new generation business. As a doctor by graduation completing is Bachelor’s in Medicine from KIMS Bangalore, his strong inclination to business and management made him to purse executive MBA from Newport university. Blessed with deep rooted foundation on personal skills, sense of discipline and contributing to society from his schooling foundation with Sainik School of Bijapura, he admires to be an agent of Change.

He was the founder & MD of a Boutique Business Intelligence Consulting company, NRIT Inc, based in NJ and LA with an offshore subsidiary in Bangalore – Aviananrit PVT LTD. He was successful in raising venture capital in 2000. He architected a product, “Green Apple for healthcare BI,” on the IBM platform and was a functional architect for an extended enterprise CRM tool.

India is on a solid growth path and needs infrastructure that includes housing and commercial spaces, which attracted him to the real estate industry in 2006. He promoted two companies, NR Developers and NR Realty. He stands as an example to implement the best practices with excellent revenues in the construction industry.

He mentored and funded a luxury design house, “Khenshu,” with a retail presence in Bangalore with a goal to expand rapidly in the coming years. He also mentored a commercial interior and construction turnkey company “Spaceki LLP.” Now he is mentoring a new startup known as “India design village.” In 2013, to his passion for giving back to society, he started an NGO – NR Sports Foundation. It has helped various tennis players achieve glory in India’s Athletic field since its inception. He is a TIE Charter member. He anchored a platform called Investdavanagere.com to create jobs in tier-2 cities.
