Lead Developer - Python and Flask
- Experience: 5-10 Years
- Location: Bangalore
- Expertise in automation and manual testing (functional / system integration testing).
- Experience managing test data including creation and mining using data management tools (GenRocket/CA TDM/Informatica TDM/IBM Optim, etc.)
- Coordinate communication with testing services end user and expectations management.
- Responsible for servicing test data requests (Data Load/Scrub/Accounts creation & conditioning) based on assigned priorities.
- Identify and implement optimization for making the test data creation process efficient and faster.
- Work directly with the Test Data Analyst or test data requester on understanding and processing the test data requests.
- Allocate and manage test data on all platforms using TDM tools.
- Experience in automating test data refresh and creation processes.
- Automation experience using UFT/Selenium, Excel Macros or similar tools
- Ability to write queries/macros/scripts using tools like SQL, VB, UFT, Selenium and XML
- Technical expertise regarding data models, data flow diagrams and database design development
- Good understanding of various database technologies (DB2, Teradata, Oracle 10g/11g, SQL server, Big data/Hadoop)
- Good understanding of data masking/scrubbing/obfuscation techniques
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in the implementation of TDM tools in DevOps with very good understanding of CI/CD processes.
- Experience in other programming language (Python / Java/ C # / vbscript / javascript )
- Good to have Knowledge of XML, HTML, JSON
- Experience and ability to work directly with customer teams
